When my fiancé and I toured the booking house we immediately fell in love and knew it was where we wanted to say “I do”. Not only was the venue perfect but the staff was amazing. Brittany (Director of sales and operation) was great throughout the entire process, extremely attentive and always answered any questions I had in a professional and timely manner! We had the opportunity to have Aalea as our day of coordinator. She was truly amazing and matched everyone’s energy so well. Throughout the entire process as well as the day of Aalea went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we had dreamed of. I had no worries because I knew Aalea had it all covered. I hope when others are looking for a venue for their wedding they really consider The Booking House as the overall experience was truly amazing! I also hope anyone getting married there in the future is lucky enough to get to work with Aalea as she really will make your day exactly how you want!!

I can't say thank you enough to the Booking House and all the staff for the best day we could have imagined. It was everything we could have hoped and dreamed for. Getting our things in and out and the coordinating were just phenomenal. If there were any hiccups we had no idea because it all went to well. We got so many compliments from our guests about the beautiful space and we got to utilize all of the rooms that day. The atrium was set up beautifully and the bright sunny day we had just elevated the space and allowed us to open the windows for a cool breeze. Thank you so much to all the Booking House staff for making this such a memorable experience.

There are not enough good words in my vocabulary to accurately express how amazing The Booking House is. From the moment we first toured the space, we were in love, not just with the venue itself but with the staff. Brittany was the first person we met and she stayed in touch with us throughout our year and a half engagement up until our wedding day. She is so professional yet warm, organized and efficient. We had Aalea Ray as our coordinator and she quickly became a friend because of how positive and comforting she is. When she had to go out on maternity leave, she did everything she could to make our transition to our new lead, Autumn, as smooth as could be. Lucky for us, we got both of them on our wedding day! We also used The Booking House bartenders and they were awesome as well. We had a June wedding and it was so nice to have our day completely inside to not have to worry about weather. However, we were able to get amazing pictures outside in so many unique locations. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and unique the venue is. We are so incredibly thankful for everyone at the Booking House for making our day so special. If you are looking for a venue in the Lancaster area, look no further!

We had our wedding at The Booking House in October, and we were completely blown away in every aspect! Top to bottom, the entire staff was incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Aalea, our coordinator, and her entire team were truly all-stars for us. I don’t know how it could have all come together without them, but they literally made everything about our wedding day so easy and seamless. We felt completely supported the entire time, and they were always available to answer questions or offer helpful advice. They run a tight ship. I can’t recommend The Booking House and Aalea enough. They all deserve more than 5 stars!
