It's October! Which means it's basically Thanksgiving and the Holidays are next week...just kidding, but doesn't it feel like the last 3 months of the year always fly by?! Maybe you're in charge of securing a location for your company's holiday celebration or the upcoming spring fundraising event - don't panic, The Booking House is your go-to venue for all of the above!

With 5 spaces to choose from and capacity of 10 guests up to 250, we can not only accommodate your group, but we offer in-house services to make planning your event stress-free and enjoyable! All standard event rentals include a custom layout with our included furniture (tables, chairs, lounge furniture, etc.), climate-controlled spaces, stunning & unique light fixtures, and accessibility for all!
Available Event Space Options for Your Next Celebration or Meeting:
The Rizzardi Room
The largest of all our rooms, The Rizzardi Room is full of rustic charm with its original wide plank flooring, exposed brick, and thick wooden beams. This space features a cathedral ceiling with crystal chandeliers, and fireplace. It’s the perfect room for dinner parties, celebrations, meetings, and larger events accommodating up to 250 guests.
You can host your party of 75-150 in just the main half of the Rizzardi Room OR add on the back half of the Rizzardi Room to rent the entire 2nd floor to accommodate up to 250 guests (with an industrial-chic built-in bar to get your party started)!
The Atrium
The Atrium is our most versatile space for year round elegance! Our unique rooftop event space combines the beauty of an open-air concept with year-round usability, no matter the weather. Whether you’re planning a springtime meeting with your team, a fundraising gala, or a winter celebration, you can enjoy the feel and look of the outdoors without worrying about the elements.
The Atrium boasts an abundance of natural light, courtesy of a stunning pyramid skylight, and large garage door windows that offer panoramic views of the industrial district in the charming town of Manheim. With its modern aesthetic and one-of-a-kind atmosphere, The Atrium is the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable special event.
The Whitaker Room
This charming first floor room with an antique mantle and vintage string lights is a great setting for an intimate dinner party (for up to 50 guests) or a corporate luncheon meeting! Inviting closer to 75 guests, but still love the character of the Whitaker Room? No sweat! Include the Station Room (the space next door) in your reservation to accommodate a larger crowd! The Whitaker Room is also perfect for mingling + lounging for a cocktail-style event!
Our clients love the easy access from the front entrance to the 1st floor Whitaker Room to accommodate guests of any age!
The Station Room
This industrial-style room complete with accents including a metal wall, exposed brick, and large built-in bar is the perfect setting for guests to enjoy drinks & food for a cocktail-style event or a seating soiree for up to 35 guests!
As mentioned above, include the Whitaker Room (the space next door) in your reservation to accommodate a larger crowd (up to 75 guests). Clients love the large window looking out to the train tracks (helloooo, industrial!) and cozy intimate-feel of the Station Room!
The Crow's Nest
Last, but never least, The Crow's Nest! We pay tribute to the history of the old tobacco warehouse turned wedding venue with our in-house cigar lounge. Complete with leather couches, a large meeting (or card game) table for 8 people, a well-appointed bar area, and a carefully curated cigar selection. This space offers you & your guests a unique setting where you can unwind and mingle with your VIPs or enjoy an exciting off-site casual meeting!
Our "hidden gem" can accommodate up to 30 guests with a variety of seating options! Treat your employees to a cigar & whiskey night OR move your party up to the 3rd floor after your larger event in one of our other spaces! The options are endless!
